The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, vendors, and incoming telephone calls, representing the firm in a professional, courteous, and welcoming manner. Responsibilities include greeting guests and notifying attorneys and staff of arrivals, managing conference room and guest office reservations, coordinating catering orders, maintaining a professional reception area, answering and directing calls, and providing general administrative support to the office as needed. Qualifications include minimum of 1-2 years of receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience; law firm experience is a plus. The successful candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, a professional appearance and demeanor, a commitment to exceptional client service, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in a fast-paced environment.
