Responsibilities include but are not limited to answering/directing incoming calls across multiple lines, taking messages, greeting clients, restocking office and café supplies, preparing staff luncheons, maintaining front office, and clerical/administrative work such as data entry, copying/scanning, and information gathering. Experience in a law firm or other professional office is highly preferred.
Candidate must have:
