Full Job Description Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls and schedule new/established appointments for patients.
  • Utilize phone systems and computer software to manage and update appointment schedules
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient inquiries and concerns
  • Collaborate with medical staff to ensure efficient appointment coordination
  • Maintain accurate records of patient information and appointment details
  • Cover for desk for receptionists when needed.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in using phone systems and computer software
