Full Job Description Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and schedule new/established appointments for patients.
- Utilize phone systems and computer software to manage and update appointment schedules
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient inquiries and concerns
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure efficient appointment coordination
- Maintain accurate records of patient information and appointment details
- Cover for desk for receptionists when needed.
