Job Description
Andean Chevrolet is looking for a dependable afternoon Receptionist and document scanner to answer and route phone calls and to assist in the office in accordance with established policies and procedures. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our customer satisfaction and revenue growth objectives. Duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following: Route all incoming phone calls to appropriate departments Handle cash transactions with customers Collect all forms of payments Issue receipts, refunds, change as needed Greet customers when entering or leaving establishment Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas Keep up to date records of all transactions Pleasantly deal with customers to ensure satisfaction Scan various types of paperwork for record keeping Requirements Strong communication and time management skills Basic PC knowledge and familiarity with electronic equipment and willingness to learn dealership specific software Customer satisfaction-oriented Attention to detail and mathematical skills This job is for a six day work week and is scheduled for a 31 hour work week. Candidate is expected to work Monday - Friday from 3pm until closing at 8 PM and Saturday 9-3. Starting pay $18.00 per hour.
