Full-Time Chiropractic Office Check-In Assistant Wanted! Join our thriving, family-owned chiropractic clinic in Cumming, GA as we expand our team! We are seeking a friendly, outgoing, and organized Check-In Chiropractic Assistant who loves meeting new people, building relationships, and helping patients feel welcomed and cared for from the moment they walk through our doors. This role is central to the patient experience and daily flow of our office. The ideal person enjoys being the welcoming face of the clinic, talking with patients, answering calls and texts, assisting with scheduling, and helping the team keep the day running smoothly. Position Details Full-time position Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday Approximately 34 hours per week About Us At our small, family-run chiropractic office, we take pride in providing personalized care in a warm, uplifting, and welcoming environment. Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is naturally personable and enjoys interacting with people all day. You are comfortable greeting patients, starting conversations, making people feel at ease, and providing helpful guidance in a busy healthcare environment. You should be confident communicating in person, by phone, and by text. You are organized enough to manage scheduling details while staying calm, friendly, and focused when the office gets busy.
The ideal candidate:
Is friendly, extroverted, welcoming, and comfortable talking with a wide variety of people Enjoys meeting patients, building rapport, and creating a positive first impression Communicates clearly and professionally in person, by phone, and through text messaging Is skilled at scheduling appointments, managing schedule changes, and helping patients stay on track with their care Can confidently answer calls, return messages, and assist patients with appointment-related questions Has strong organization, follow-through, and time-management skills Can manage multiple tasks without losing attention to the patient experience Understands the importance of keeping clinical flow moving smoothly throughout the day Works well with doctors and teammates to keep patients informed, prepared, and moving through the office efficiently Maintains composure, positivity, and professionalism in a busy, fast-paced setting Is reliable, punctual, coachable, and excited to grow with a close-knit team Has an interest in chiropractic care, health, wellness, and helping others improve their quality of life Primary Responsibilities Welcome patients warmly as they arrive and help create a positive, energetic office environment Check patients in efficiently and ensure they are prepared for their visit Engage with patients, answer basic questions, and help them feel comfortable and cared for Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient text messages in a timely, professional manner Assist patients with scheduling, rescheduling, appointment confirmations, and general appointment questions Help fill open appointment times and contact patients regarding missed visits or scheduling needs Monitor the daily schedule and help manage patient flow to keep the office running smoothly and on time Communicate with doctors and team members about patient arrivals, delays, schedule changes, and workflow needs Help direct patients appropriately as they enter the clinic and prepare for their appointments Maintain an organized, welcoming, and professional front-desk/check-in area Keep track of incoming patient communications and make sure follow-up needs are handled promptly Support other team members with front-office and patient-care responsibilities as needed Contribute to a positive, collaborative, family-oriented workplace culture What Success Looks Like Success in this role means patients consistently feel welcomed, recognized, and supported when they arrive.
