Job Description

Front Desk Receptionist Georgia Cardiology Associates Job Summary We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires excellent communication skills, proficiency in office management tools, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Must be willing to travel. Duties Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately using proper phone etiquette Schedule appointments and manage calendars Handle data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records with attention to detail Assist with verification of insurance Support office management tasks including proofreading documents, organizing files, and managing correspondence Provide customer support by answering inquiries professionally and efficiently Managing incoming referrals. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to ensure a welcoming environment Qualifications Proven experience in office management, clerical work, or administrative roles Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and data entry software Experience with multi-line phone systems and excellent phone etiquette Bilingual abilities are preferred to assist diverse clientele effectively Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively Attention to detail for proofreading documents and maintaining accurate records Previous customer service experience demonstrating professionalism and strong communication skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while supporting team objectives This position offers an opportunity to be an integral part of our office environment by providing outstanding administrative support. Pay:
$14.00 - $15.00 per hour
