Job Description Serves as the front desk reception, greeting visitors and clients with excellent customer service. Checking in clients to see providers or assisting new clients in enrolling in services in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Provides clerical support to office and direct support staff, including tasks like data entry/maintenance, copying/distributing documents, and materials, maintaining record-keeping, and filing systems, etc. Provides clerical support within the assigned functional area (i.e. scheduling facilities for maintenance, ordering supplies, alerting security as needed, etc.). Collects co-pays and other fees, processing credit card payments. Receives, screens, and directs telephone communications and/or answer telephone inquiries regarding River Edge and our services. Opens, sorts and routes incoming mail (external and internal), answers correspondence, and prepares outgoing mail. Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Fingerprint-Based Background Check of Georgia and Federal Criminal History Records Drug Screening High school diploma or equivalent (Required) Customer service experience or experience in behavioral health settings preferred.
