Duties Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors with professionalism and warmth in both languages Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, using proper phone etiquette to direct calls accurately Manage front desk operations including scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and organizing files Handle clerical tasks such as data entry, word processing, proofreading, and document preparation using Microsoft Office tools Support office management by coordinating supplies, managing mail distribution, and maintaining a tidy reception area Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries, providing information, and resolving basic issues efficiently Assist with administrative tasks like filing, data organization, and supporting personal assistant responsibilities as needed Experience Proven office experience or administrative support background in a busy environment Strong bilingual communication skills (specify languages) for effective client interaction and internal coordination Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer literacy Experience handling multi-line phone systems and managing phone reception professionally Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively Clerical experience including filing, proofreading, typing, and calendar management Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your organizational talents and bilingual abilities will shine!
