We are looking for a Front Desk Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers at a healthcare organization in Honolulu, Hawaii. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming experience, managing front office activity, and supporting daily administrative operations. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle a busy reception environment with efficiency and care. Responsibilities:
  • Welcome patients, visitors, and staff in a courteous manner while maintaining an organized and detail-oriented front desk presence.
  • Manage incoming calls through a multi-line phone system, direct inquiries to the appropriate departments, and relay messages accurately.
  • Provide front office and concierge-style assistance by helping guests navigate the facility and addressing general questions.
  • Coordinate check-in activities, monitor visitor flow, and support smooth day-to-day reception operations.
  • Handle administrative support tasks such as documenting messages, updating basic records, and assisting with general office needs.
  • Maintain a clean, orderly reception area that reflects a positive and detail-oriented environment.
