Role:
The Front Desk Office position serves as the primary point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. This role is critical in managing the flow of communication and information within the office, facilitating smooth daily operations. The individual will be responsible for handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and coordinating with various departments to support organizational efficiency. Attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills are essential to maintain a positive first impression and uphold the company's standards. Ultimately, this role contributes significantly to the overall customer experience and operational success of the office.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Valid Driver's License Must live on Oahu, Hawaii Open availability Work weekends and Holidays Work as a bartender Proven experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative support role. Proficiency with office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate degree or higher in Business Administration or related field. Experience with office management software and phone systems. Familiarity with customer service principles and practices. Bilingual abilities or proficiency in a second language. Previous experience in a corporate or healthcare office setting.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous and professional manner. Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate personnel or departments. Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings. Maintain and update office records, databases, and filing systems accurately. Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and inventory management. Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries efficiently. Support other office staff with various clerical duties as needed. Drive 12 passenger shuttle Work as a bartender and obtain liquor license
