Job Description
ResponsibilitiesWelcome tenants, vendors, and visitors while providing excellent customer serviceAnswer phones, transfer calls, and respond to general office inquiriesAssist with scheduling appointments and maintaining office calendarsReceive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveriesSupport the office with filing, data entry, and administrative tasksMaintain front office organization and ensure the reception area is presentableCommunicate with vendors and internal staff regarding routine office mattersAssist with preparing documents, notices, and general correspondenceSupport special projects and other clerical duties as assigned
