Job Summary We are seeking a friendly, organized Part-Time Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our center. This vital role involves managing front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth administrative workflows. Duties Greet visitors warmly and direct them appropriately, creating a positive first impression Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and professionally, transferring calls or taking messages as needed Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination using productivity software and Google Workspace tools Handle data entry tasks accurately, including filing, updating client records, and maintaining spreadsheets Assist with basic office management duties such as organizing supplies and maintaining a tidy reception area Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy Support administrative functions through word processing, proofreading documents, and managing correspondence Experience Prior office or front desk experience demonstrating strong organizational skills and professionalism Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and familiarity with Google Workspace applications Excellent computer literacy including data entry, typing speed, and technical proficiency with office equipment Strong communication skills in both English and bilingual settings preferred for effective client interaction Knowledge of multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette to handle high call volumes efficiently Experience with clerical tasks such as filing, proofreading, and managing spreadsheets is highly desirable Ability to manage time effectively while multitasking in a fast-paced environment Join us at the Grace C. Pay:
$12.00 - $13.00 per hour Expected hours: 18.0 - 25.0 per week
