Join Our Team! Family Eye Center is seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our practice. If you enjoy helping people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in staying organized while juggling multiple tasks, we would love to hear from you. What You'll Do
  • Welcome patients with a warm and professional attitude
  • Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with questions
  • Schedule appointments and manage provider schedules
  • Check patients in and out efficiently
  • Verify and update patient information
  • Assist with insurance verification and eligibility checks
  • Collect payments and maintain accurate records
  • Support patient flow and communication between departments What We're Looking For

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay focused in a busy environment
  • Comfortable learning and using computer systems
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to remain calm and professional during high-volume periods
  • Team player with a willingness to learn Qualifications
  • Previous receptionist, front desk, or customer service experience
  • Experience scheduling appointments
  • Experience verifying insurance benefits or pulling insurance eligibility
  • Medical, healthcare, or optical office experience is a plus, but not required What We Offer

Pay:
$14.00 - $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 36.0 per week
