at 208lifeline repairs in boise, Idaho, United States Job Description Full-time or part-time | In-store 208 LifeLine Repairs is hiring a reliable, friendly Front Desk Associate to be the first point of contact for customers dropping off phones, tablets, computers, and drones. Most repairs are done in about 30 minutes. If you like people, stay organized on a busy day, and want to work in a small local shop, apply. What you'll do Greet walk-ins and answer the phone Check devices in and out (notes on the problem, contact info, work orders) Schedule appointments and keep the day's queue moving Take payments, print receipts, and call/text when a device is ready Keep the counter, waiting area, and forms tidy Light office help: email, mail-in packages, parts receiving, simple inventory Other duties as assigned What we need Calm, friendly customer service (people are often stressed about a broken phone) Clear English, comfortable on the phone Basic computer skills (email, simple software; we'll train the rest) On time and able to work store hours: Mon-Sat 10:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m., Sunday 12:00-6:00 p.m. (full- or part-time) Able to stand at the counter and lift small packages (~25 lbs) Authorized to work in the U.S. To view full details and how to apply, please login or create a Job Seeker account
