Job description: Overview We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Front Desk Host to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional guest services and a strong background in customer service. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures. Manage reservations, including modifications and cancellations Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance the guest experience. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner. Maintain front desk operations, including managing cash transactions and maintaining records. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction. Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area. Requirements Previous experience in hospitality or front desk operations is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations. Ability to communicate effectively Familiarity with hospitality management software is an advantage. Excellent phone etiquette and proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems. Knowledge of resort operations is beneficial but not mandatory. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
