We're looking for a Veterinary Receptionist who leads with kindness, communicates with clarity, and believes that every interaction is a chance to build trust.

Habitat Veterinary Hospital opened in July 2023 in the heart of the Wood River Valley. What You'll Do:

As a Veterinary Receptionist, you will play a pivotal role in the rhythm and flow of our hospital.

Your responsibilities include:

Greeting and checking in clients with genuine warmth Answering phones, triaging calls, and relaying messages Scheduling appointments and managing client communication Processing payments and ensuring smooth check-outs Creating a sense of calm and clarity for our clients, even on our busiest days All of this, while keeping the spirit of teamwork, positivity, and compassion alive throughout the day.

What We're Looking For:

A positive, professional communicator with a warm, grounded presence A natural multi-tasker who thrives in a dynamic environment Someone who brings joy to their work and helps others do the same Previous veterinary receptionist experience and knowledge of ezyVet is a bonus, but not required. We'll train the right person who shares our values and passion for client care.
