Job Description

Palouse Pediatric Dentistry is looking for a scheduling coordinator to join our team. We are looking for a self-motivated, dependable, and caring professional who is able to multi-task effectively and cheerfully in a very busy workplace, managing a variety of scheduling, administrative, and customer service tasks while maintaining a cheerful, welcoming environment for our little patients and their parents. This position will also be tasked with assisting our financial coordinator with various tasks depending on experience. Experience with dental knowledge/billing and insurance is preferred, though we are willing to train the right person. This position is for 26-34 hours per week split between our Moscow and Pullman locations. We offer competitive pay based on experience and employee insurance benefits.
