Overview We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment for our clients and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. The ideal candidate will possess excellent phone etiquette, strong organizational skills, and a friendly demeanor. This position requires proficiency in various office tasks, including data entry and clerical duties, while also providing support to our dental team. Duties Greet and assist clients upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage incoming phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, addressing inquiries or directing calls as necessary. Perform data entry tasks accurately, maintaining up-to-date client records in our system. Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for the dental team efficiently. Handle clerical duties such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents as needed. Utilize office software and phone systems effectively to support daily operations. Assist with billing processes using QuickBooks or similar accounting software when required. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to promote a professional atmosphere. Support bilingual communication with clients when necessary to enhance service delivery. Qualifications Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar office role is preferred. Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for interacting with clients and team members. Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail is required for maintaining accurate records. Familiarity with dental office procedures is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided.
