Job Description

We're looking for a Front Desk Representative who is organized, professional, and personable. You'll be the first point of contact for our clients—setting the tone for their entire experience with our company. This role goes beyond just answering phones. We're looking for someone who can multitask, stay organized, and assist across multiple departments when needed. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist clients in person with a friendly and professional attitude Answer incoming calls and direct them appropriately Schedule appointments and manage calendars Handle basic administrative tasks (data entry, filing, email communication) Process client information and ensure accuracy of records Assist with onboarding new clients and guiding them through services Support other departments with tasks such as paperwork, follow-ups, and coordination Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office environment Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Knowledgeable in use of Quickbooks is a plus Fluent in English; bilingual in Spanish, Polish, Ukrainian, or Russian is a plus Strong communication and organizational skills Benefits Access to Blue Cross Blue Shield Insurance Paid time off and sick days Paid holidays Full-time position, 40 hours per week Direct deposit Friendly, team-oriented office setting Office Hours Monday to
