Our multiple locations offer convenient access to advanced diagnostics, outpatient procedures, and surgical treatments, supported by a team committed to compassionate patient service. Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our clinics. This vital role involves managing patient interactions, coordinating appointments, and ensuring smooth administrative operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, technical proficiency, and a welcoming demeanor to enhance the patient experience. Duties Greet patients and visitors warmly, establishing a professional and friendly environment at the front desk. Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls and providing accurate information to callers. Schedule appointments, confirm patient visits, and coordinate same-day walk-ins using calendar management tools. Handle data entry tasks with precision, maintaining accurate patient records and appointment logs. Utilize office management software such as Microsoft Office and QuickBooks for administrative tasks including billing and invoicing. Maintain organized filing systems for patient documents, insurance forms, and office supplies. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally while adhering to phone etiquette standards. Experience Previous office or administrative experience in a healthcare or medical setting is highly preferred. Previous podiatry experience is preferred. Demonstrated proficiency with computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), spreadsheets, and productivity software. Experience with multi-line phone systems, data entry, filing, and clerical tasks is essential. Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish or other languages are advantageous for serving diverse patient populations. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer support and client communication. Pay:
