What You'll Do As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play an important role in creating a positive experience from the moment they walk through our doors.
Responsibilities include:
Greeting and checking patients in and out Scheduling appointments and verifying insurance coverage Preparing patient charts and maintaining accurate records Answering phones and assisting patients with questions Managing email and fax correspondence Confirming upcoming appointments Completing daily reconciliation and end-of-day closing procedures Working closely with our team to provide an excellent patient experience Cross-training in other areas of the practice, with potential for training in our optical department We're Looking for
