Company Overview Fall into a new job, come join our friendly team. We are a fast-paced large family-oriented pediatric practice with 7 providers in the northern suburbs. We are seeking 1 professional, experienced, Receptionist to join our team. We are open Monday-Friday from 8am-6pm and Saturdays from 8am-12pm, we are closed on Sundays. Our current need is M, T, Th, Fr, S(1/2 day). Hours are 9am-5:30 and Saturday is 8-12.

Operational Tasks:

Displays excellent communication and coordination among the care team, greets and registers patients in a prompt, pleasant and professional manner, verifies and maintains up-to-date patient demographics and insurance eligibility, etc. Performs other related duties as assigned/appropriate to job scope.

Knowledge and Educational Requirements:

Previous experience, medical office setting required, pediatric preferred. Previous customer service experience. Bilingual in Spanish, preferred, not required. Strong computer skills/electronic medical record (EMR) experience preferred. Demonstration of excellent customer service skills. Able to communicate effectively with patients, co-workers and physicians both written and verbal. Sensitivity to confidential matters/HIPAA compliance.
