Job Description
CHT Orthodontics is looking for a full-time Receptionist to join our growing practice and become an important part of the patient experience. From the moment a patient contacts our office, this role helps set the tone for a welcoming, organized, and professional experience while supporting the team throughout the patient journey. We're seeking someone who is personable, dependable, and highly organized, with strong communication and scheduling skills. The Receptionist will work closely with the Treatment Coordinator, clinical team, and other administrative staff to keep appointments and patient communication running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships with patients, and being part of a collaborative team that values growth, teamwork, and providing exceptional orthodontic care.

•4:00PM Responsibilities and Requirements of the
Receptionist:
Strong interpersonal, communication, scheduling, and customer service abilities are essential. Professional, approachable, and collaborative attitude with a strong focus on patient experience. Orthodontic experience is a plus, but the right candidate can be trained. Experience with Dolphin or Weave is helpful but not required. Work as an administrative floater, with cross-training across various front office functions and departments. Manage incoming calls from current and prospective patients and assist with general inquiries. Welcome patients and assist with the initial intake and information-gathering process. Coordinate consultations, appointments, and provider availability. Partner with Treatment Coordinators to assist with insurance verification and ensure patient records and notes are accurately maintained. Obtain, scan, organize, and upload X-rays and other patient records into the practice management system. Distribute patient forms and paperwork while following up on online consultation requests. Communicate cancellations, schedule updates, and appointment changes to help keep the practice running smoothly.
