Job Description

Receptionist/Clerical Assistant We are looking for a motivated, resourceful and reliable Receptionist/Admin Assistant to run the front office and provide administrative/accounting support to the Management staff, and the overall organization of the office operations and procedures. Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day activities of the office as the main point of contact in the reception area.
  • Answer, screen and forward all incoming phone calls, and route to the appropriate individual.
  • Welcome and greet visitors.
  • Manage all inbound and outbound mail and deliveries.
  • Maintain office efficiency by maintaining appearance of common areas.
  • Manage inventory of all office supplies. Order supplies as needed.
  • Perform a wide range of general office duties including copying, scanning, filing.
  • Assist AP with matching sales orders, stone/trucking tickets with invoices, and reconciling monthly credit card statements.
  • Assist with planning and executing company Staff Events.
  • Manage vehicle registrations/company I-Passes.
  • Fuel Reports.
  • Support Executive Team, when necessary, with their administrative needs.
  • Other administrative duties as they occur.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Knowledge of Adobe is a plus. Experience in AP/AR is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Professional appearance and demeanor. Provide top-tier customer service by answering questions and solving problems before they even arise. Self-motivated A "go-getter" attitude with the drive to take ownership of your responsibilities. Strong time management skills, with ability to organize and manage multiple priorities. Pay:
$23.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
