Job Description
Overview We are seeking a highly organized and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. This role requires clerical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Duties Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Answer phone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel while maintaining excellent phone etiquette. Manage calendars for appointments and meetings, coordinating schedules effectively. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a welcoming environment for guests. Provide support to other departments as necessary, contributing to overall team success. Experience Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred but not required. Proficiency in computer skills and organizational skills Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
