Independence Village of Naperville Front Desk/ Overnight Receptionist Job Description:
Our award winning senior living facility is seeking a positive, compassionate, and outgoing individual for a Front Desk Overnight Receptionist position. If you are a detail oriented, organized individual with a desire to help seniors we want to hear from you! This position is held by an essential employee and is vital providing and maintaining the quality of care given to our residents.
Front Desk Assistant responsibilities:
Operate, answer, screen and address all incoming calls by the third ring, with an appropriate greeting Monitor and screen all individuals entering and exiting the community Assist residents with all inquiries with kindness and patience and provide information regarding scheduled activities, meal orders, and services provided by the Community Light housekeeping of common areas, such as vacuuming, sanitizing all tables, mailboxes, door handles and some light laundry Document overnight incidents within the community; notify management accordingly Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High school diploma/GED required Effective written and verbal communication ability Intermediate level proficiency with Google Drive apps such as Docs, Sheets & Slides Willing and able to work as an individual as well as within a team environment Strong customer service skills Able to work quickly and efficiently

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
