This role will have a positive impact on the success and efficiency of daily operations in a dealership setting. The ideal candidate will communicate well with all levels in an organization, enjoy problem solving, be comfortable with technology, and possess an outstanding attendance record.
Essential Functions:
Answer incoming calls. Perform clerical duties such as data entry, scanning, filing, and various other office duties. Stock supplies and refreshements. Understand and follow receptionist policies and procedures. Other duties as assigned by the management team.

Hours:
This is a part-time position. The hours are typically Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday from 4/5pm to 9pm, and Saturday from 9am to 5pm. Education /
Experience:
High School Diploma or GED. Experience is preferred, but not required. We will offer training and support to the right candidate. Good job references are required.
Benefits:
