Are you friendly, organized, and love pizza? Dominick's Pizzeria is looking for a reliable and personable Phone Person to join our team! As the first voice our customers hear, you'll play a key role in creating an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner Take accurate food orders and enter them into our POS system Provide information about our menu and specials Communicate clearly with kitchen and delivery staff Help with light front-of-house duties (as needed)

Great communication and phone etiquette Strong attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Friendly and team-oriented attitude Prior customer service or phone experience is a plus, but not required
