Front Desk Associate The Burton Group - 5.0 Bloomington, IN Job Details Part-time | Full-time $14 - $17 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Health insurance Paid time off Professional development assistance Flexible schedule Qualifications Administrative experience High school diploma or GED Telephone systems Faxing Marketing Office record organization Full Job Description This position as traditional job responsibilities as follows: Answering phones and screening calls to the right staff member, returning calls, setting appointments and being the first point of contact on our calendar; Be the First Smiling Face and bubbly personality who greets our clients as they come in, as well as offering something to drink and facilitating paperwork, copying of IDs, etc.; Filing of client files; and Maintaining office and hostess area supplies. Also, some additional marketing duties could include: Organizing and sending client correspondence and marketing materials - especially birthday cards, Christmas letters/cards, and client letters as needed ; and, Being responsible for office appearance and clients' first impressions. High School diploma or equivalent, work experience should include Microsoft software products, Google calendar, and the ability to learn and be proficient in our CRM software. Professional demeanor, good phone voice and familiarity with a multi-line phone system, and the ability to handle clients both in person and on the phone. Filing and organizing client information and folders. Regular use of office copiers, fax, label makers, and a scanner. Some cleaning and appearance tasks will be required as needed, perhaps twice weekly or as necessary. The position is up to 36 hours weekly. PTO, holidays, bonus pay, and insurance benefits are designed for the employee's needs and are available after the probationary period. Pay is based on experience and availability.
