Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong time management and organizational skills, with proficiency in various office software applications. Duties Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel. Manage scheduling and appointments for staff members. Maintain an organized filing system for both physical and digital documents. Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, typing, and document preparation. Assist with administrative duties including managing office supplies and equipment. Support team members with various projects and tasks as required. Ensure the reception area is tidy and welcoming at all times. Requirements Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite applications. Familiarity with childcare software (Procare, Tadpoles) is a plus but not mandatory. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent time management skills to prioritize workload effectively. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Administration is a plus.
