Monday, Wednesday, and Friday | 4:00 PM

If these values describe you, we'd love to meet you! What You'll Do As our Evening Receptionist, you'll help ensure our campus runs smoothly while creating a warm and welcoming experience for everyone who visits or calls.
Responsibilities include:
Greet and welcome residents, families, guests, and vendors. Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally. Provide excellent customer service and assist visitors with questions or directions. Perform general clerical and administrative support duties. Prepare mailings and assist with office projects as assigned. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and fellow team members. Protect resident privacy and maintain confidentiality. Support a positive, team-oriented work environment.
What We're Looking For Required:
High school diploma or equivalent. Strong customer service and communication skills. Basic computer proficiency. Ability to multitask, stay organized, and pay close attention to detail. Professional, dependable, and able to remain calm in a busy environment.
Preferred:
College coursework or degree. Experience working with older adults. Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience. Physical Requirements Ability to sit, stand, walk, and use a computer throughout the shift. Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
