A Receptionist greets and directs customers or visitors that come in to an office or business, and answers and directs incoming phone calls. Deals with mail or courier services. May schedule appointments or meeting rooms, gather patient information, or assist with filing or other administrative support work.
The Front Desk Coordinator is responsible for creating a welcoming and professional experience for clients, visitors, and employees while supporting the day-to-day administrative operations of the office. This position serves as the first point of contact, manages front desk activities, and helps ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently.
WHAT YOU DO
Greet and assist clients, visitors, and employees in a friendly and professional manner. Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls. Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries. Provide general administrative and clerical support to staff and management. Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal departments as needed. Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming. Assist with purchase orders. Assist with special projects and other administrative duties as assigned.
WHAT YOU BRING
