Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our office. Responsibilities Greet visitors, clients, and vendors with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a positive first impression Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and direct calls efficiently using proper phone etiquette Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages Support calendar management and scheduling for meetings or appointments using productivity software such as Microsoft Office and Outlook Assist with office supply inventory, ordering supplies as needed to ensure operational continuity Provide general administrative support including word processing, proofreading documents, and supporting clerical tasks with high accuracy Utilize computer skills to update databases, prepare reports, and perform routine office management duties Handle client communication professionally, ensuring timely follow-up and excellent customer support Experience Prior office experience or administrative support roles demonstrating strong organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with spreadsheets and data entry tasks Experience managing multi-line phone systems and providing exceptional customer service in a front desk setting Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse clients and visitors Demonstrated computer literacy with technical proficiency in productivity software and clerical tools Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Personal assistant or office management experience is advantageous but not required; relevant internships are also welcome Join us in creating a welcoming environment where professionalism meets efficiency!
