Job Description

Beacon Veterinary Hospital is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Veterinary Receptionist to join our team! We are a state-of-the-art, full-service hospital located just half a block from the beautiful Mandeville lakefront. Our front desk team plays a vital role in creating a welcoming and compassionate experience for both our clients and their pets. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment, love animals, and take pride in staying organized and detail-oriented, we'd love to meet you.
Responsibilities:
Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage a multi-line system Check patients in and out efficiently Process payments and maintain accurate records Communicate clearly with doctors, technicians, and clients Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Qualifications:
Experience in a veterinary clinic or medical office preferred, but not required Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Basic computer skills required
