Legal Receptionist:

Front Desk and Client Services Join our legal team as a Legal Receptionist and serve as the welcoming first point of contact for clients, visitors, and callers. This role blends front desk excellence, client intake support, and legal office administration, ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Job Duties Greet clients, visitors, and guests with a professional, courteous, and friendly demeanor. Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls, and manage client intake documentation. Schedule appointments, coordinate office calendars, and support attorneys with administrative tasks. Maintain organized physical and electronic legal files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy standards. Manage mail, office supplies, and day-to-day communications, including email and fax. Education Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required. Administrative or legal certification preferred, such as a paralegal or office administration credential. Experience Requirements Previous receptionist or administrative experience required, ideally within a legal or professional office setting. Familiarity with legal terminology, client intake procedures, and legal filing systems is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, along with multi-line phone systems and standard office equipment, is required. Physical Capabilities Ability to sit or stand at a front desk workstation for extended periods. Ability to use a computer, telephone, copier, and scanner throughout the workday. Ability to occasionally lift and carry office supplies or files weighing up to 15 pounds. Reasonable accommodations are available for qualified individuals with disabilities.
