We are seeking a friendly and Weekend Receptionist to join our team at John Scott House Rehab & Nursing Center, a leading provider of skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitative care in Braintree, Massachusetts. Come join our team!
Responsibilities:
Greet and screen all visitors, vendors, staff, and family members on the weekend shift (1p-6p), open to every other weekend Answer all phone calls, receive mail, and complete data entry in a timely and accurate manner Demonstrate excellent customer service, telephone, and communication skills Support the administrative team in maintaining a welcoming and organized front desk area
Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent required 0 years of experience or less; recent graduates or those looking to gain experience in a healthcare setting are encouraged to apply Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
