Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to: Process student enrollments and registrations Greet parents and students as they report to the front desk. Checks in students on the attendance tracking system. Respond to inquiries and direct phone calls in a professional manner Manage social media. Assist clients with class info, purchases of art kits and vending Maintain cleanliness of the front desk area, snack area, changing areas and restrooms Update informational displays with accurate and timely promotions and literature. Help with Academy special events, table/chair set-up, promotional activities etc Hours
