Job Description
Position Summary We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Office Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for employees, clients, and visitors. This individual will create a welcoming environment while providing administrative support to ensure the office operates efficiently. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced setting. Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional manner. Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously. Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and packages. Maintain the reception area and common spaces to ensure a clean and professional appearance. Coordinate conference room scheduling and meeting preparations. Order and maintain office and breakroom supplies. Assist with data entry, filing, scanning, and document preparation. Provide administrative support to other departments as needed. Handle confidential information with discretion. Perform other administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred. 1-3 years of receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams). Professional demeanor and positive attitude. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a corporate, financial services, or mortgage environment. Familiarity with office equipment such as multi-line phone systems, copiers, and scanners.
