Job Description
Precious Paws Animal Hospital is a small business in Ocean City, MD. We are professional, agile and our goal is to fulfill the needs of our clients by providing quality health services through a responsive, professional staff with empasis on individual attention and commitment to community service. Potential candidates would demonstrate the following: Excellent organizational and communication skills Works well under pressure Customer service experience Minimum of 2 years' experience preferred Computer literacy Client-focused A desire to help build long-term relationships with pet parents & the community Caring and professional Dedicated to the best in patient care Committed to client education Able to lift 40 lbs. Duties include answering multiple phone lines, responsibly handling money, educating clients on products and services, making appointments, scanning, taking patient histories, handling laboratory samples and maintaining a clean work enviroment.
