Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist/Office Assistant to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will answer the phone and manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support daily office functions to ensure smooth and efficient business operations. Your positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and ability to multitask will help create a professional and friendly environment for clients, visitors, and team members alike. Duties Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression Answer phone with professionalism and courtesy, practicing excellent phone etiquette Manage incoming correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages Maintain organized filing systems and perform data entry to support administrative needs Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings for staff members Assist with office management tasks such as supply inventory, photocopying, proofreading documents, and basic bookkeeping Support client communication efforts through clear and friendly interactions, both in person and via phone or email Qualifications Bilingual proficiency is highly preferred to serve diverse client needs effectively Proven office management experience with strong organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications Excellent computer literacy with the ability to perform data entry, word processing, and basic troubleshooting Previous office or clerical experience demonstrating strong customer service skills Ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently while maintaining professionalism Strong typing speed with attention to detail for proofreading and document accuracy Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently Familiarity with office equipment such as fax machines, scanners, and basic bookkeeping tools Join us in creating a welcoming environment where professionalism meets friendliness!
