Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in delivering an outstanding client experience. You will handle a variety of administrative tasks, assist with studio operations, and provide exceptional service to ensure our clients feel welcomed and supported.
Responsibilities:
Greet clients and visitors Handle check-ins, class bookings, and cancellations through our scheduling system Monitor the online phone for texts or calls Provide information about classes, memberships, and promotions Process credit, membership, and retail transactions Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area Assist with opening and closing procedures including but not limited to folding towels, vacuuming/cleaning, stocking amenities, etc. Help build relationships with new clients with the goal of selling memberships or class packs Monitor classes for client touchpoints; ie. milestones, intro offer expiration, etc Support studio events and promotional activities Address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints with a positive attitude Collaborate with instructors and other team members to ensure smooth studio operations
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred Previous customer service or front desk experience, preferably in a fitness or wellness setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to learn scheduling and
POS / CRM
software quickly and efficiently Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude, friendly personality, and professional demeanor Passion for fitness and wellness Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
