Job Description
Overview We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This Seasonal role is Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm from October 1st until December 31st. Duties Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Answer and transfer calls as necessary. Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records. Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings. Handle clerical duties such as filing, proofreading documents, and maintaining office supplies. Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. Place outgoing calls as needed to provide or obtain information. Assist with office management duties to ensure smooth daily operations. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to company policies. Requirements Proven experience in an office or administrative role is preferred. High school diploma or equivalent Excellent customer service, presentation, verbal, and written communication skills Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Excellent computer skills and proficiency with MS Office Previous insurance or financial experience preferred, but, willing to train the right candidate.
