In this pivotal role, you will manage front desk operations, answering phones, office inventory management and provide exceptional customer service. Other support administrative functions to ensure smooth daily activities. Responsibilities Answer multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls to appropriate departments or personnel Handling office supply and kitchen inventory Handle data entry for the Property Accounting department entering our Accounts Payable bills and processing weekly checks Creating overnight packages and distribute mail and deliveries Processing check scanning deposits and bank runs Prepare correspondence and documents as needed Remain flexible with schedule to accommodate changing project priorities and deadlines Qualifications Proven experience in office management, administrative support, or front desk roles with strong clerical skills Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), and data entry tools Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and clear communication abilities Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while demonstrating excellent time management skills.
