Job Description Position Title:

Chiropractic Receptionist & Chiropractic Assistant (Dual Role)

Position Overview:

As the first face and voice our patients encounter, you will set the tone for their healing journey. This hybrid role combines front-desk administrative excellence with clinical provider assistance, ensuring our high-volume, intimate office runs smoothly and compassionately. 32 hours per week.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Patient Welcome:

Greet patients warmly, manage check-ins/check-outs, and maintain an inviting reception environment.

Scheduling & Phones:

Answer calls, schedule appointments efficiently, and manage patient recall lists to keep the office flowing.

Patient Flow:

Escort patients to treatment rooms, prepare therapies, and assist Dr. Martin with patient positioning or basic clinical flow.

Financial Duties:

Collect copays, manage patient accounts, verify basic insurance benefits, and process daily payments.

Records Management:

Maintain accurate electronic health records, protecting patient privacy at all times.

Office Uplift:

Keep the clinical and reception areas tidy, sanitized, and stocked with necessary supplies.

Other Duties:

Execute additional administrative or clinical tasks as assigned by the director to support the team.

Qualifications & Plus Factors:

Alignment:

Traits:

Exceptionally friendly, helpful, dedicated, and highly organized with strong communication skills.

Experience Plus:

Previous medical, dental, or general office experience is a significant plus.
