About Us We are a newly owned studio dedicated to creating a welcoming and results-driven environment for individuals of all fitness levels. Our mission is to inspire, motivate, and support our members in achieving their health and wellness goals. We are looking for enthusiastic and driven team members to help build our studio from the ground up! About the Role The Fitness Ambassador will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of the studio, focusing on premium customer service, membership sales, and building a strong community. This role requires a high-energy, customer-focused individual who is passionate about fitness and enjoys working in a dynamic team environment. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to all members and guests, creating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere. Assist in membership sales, renewals, and retail transactions, meeting and exceeding key performance goals. Conduct studio tours and introduce prospective members to our unique fitness offerings. Maintain accurate records using our sales and CRM systems. Follow up with prospective and current members through phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions. Ensure the front desk and studio space remain clean, organized, and inviting. Support marketing initiatives, community engagement, and promotional events to increase brand awareness. Work closely with the fitness team to ensure seamless studio operations and member satisfaction. What We're Looking For Passionate about fitness and eager to share that enthusiasm with others. Customer-service oriented with a positive and welcoming demeanor. Sales-driven with the ability to meet and exceed membership and retail goals. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
