Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, directing calls accurately and courteously using proper phone etiquette. Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, handling mail, and maintaining visitor logs. Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy . Organize and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval of documents. Support office management activities such as calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments. Assist with clerical duties including proofreading documents, preparing correspondence, and managing office supplies to optimize productivity. Qualifications Proven office experience with strong computer literacy. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience with data entry, filing, and general clerical tasks is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively via phone and in person.
