This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service while supporting the daily operations of the service shop Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner. Greet customers and assist them with their service needs. Schedule and coordinate customer appointments. Prepare, organize, and manage service paperwork and records. Communicate with customers regarding appointments, service updates, and related information. Provide general office support to help keep daily operations running smoothly. Skills and Qualifications This is an important customer-facing role for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and being part of a busy service team. Previous receptionist, administrative, customer-service, or service-shop experience is a plus. In addition the successful candidate will possess: Above-average communication skills, both verbal and written. Reliable, punctual, and dependable. Friendly and professional demeanor. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask in a busy service-shop environment. Basic computer and office skills. Benefits and Position Details Full time position with some schedule flexibility. 8 hours per day with 1 hour lunch. No weekends Available health, dental, life, and vision insurancee Available 401k
Pay:
$17.00 - $19.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
