Marywood is seeking qualified candidates for a Part-Time Receptionist position. Day/Afternoon/Evening shifts. Weekend rotation, holiday rotation per facility need. Job Summary We are in search of a professional and detail-oriented Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact at our ministry. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and strong organizational abilities. As a Receptionist, you will manage front desk operations, handle resident/family/guest interactions, and support administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations. This role offers an engaging environment where your interpersonal skills and technical proficiency will contribute significantly to our team's success. Duties Greet all visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression of the Ministry. Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls and providing accurate information to callers. Perform data entry or word processing tasks using software such as Microsoft Office. Handle clerical duties including filing, photocopying, mail. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally both in person and via phone. Ensure adherence to phone etiquette standards and maintain confidentiality of sensitive, protected health information at all times. Experience Proven clerical or administrative experience in an office environment is preferred. Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel (spreadsheets), and data entry applications. Experience managing multi-line phone systems and providing excellent customer support is essential. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting. Must possess, as a minimum, a 12th grade education or equivalent Reception experience in a healthcare setting preferred, however will train Must have a pleasant personality for greeting families and residents Must have good verbal & written communication skills Must have compassion, patience, and a cheerful disposition when dealing with residents, family members, staff, and business associates Meet all health requirements as required by law Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language Day/Afternoon/Evening hours, holidays and weekends per Facility need
