The Man Cave Hair & Beard Parlor is looking for a friendly, outgoing, and organized Receptionist / Guest Experience Coordinator to join our team. You'll be the first face our clients see and a big part of the experience they have at The Man Cave. We're looking for someone who can keep things running smoothly while making every client feel welcome. What You'll Do Greet clients and create a welcoming experience Answer phones and schedule appointments Check clients in and out Handle payments and basic front-desk responsibilities Keep the reception area clean, organized, and looking great Help our stylists keep their schedules running smoothly Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone Be part of the fun, energetic atmosphere that makes The Man Cave different Who We're Looking For You're friendly, dependable, confident, and comfortable talking with people. You can multitask without getting overwhelmed and know how to stay professional while still having fun.
