Paid Sick Time, No weekends! Join Our Mission We are a Christ-centered counseling practice dedicated to our mission: providing faith-based and affordable counseling services to the Mid Michigan area. We strive to offer compassionate, professional mental health care in a welcoming and supportive environment where every person feels valued and respected. We are looking for a warm, organized, and dependable Receptionist/Client Care Coordinator who enjoys serving others and helping people feel cared for from their very first interaction with our office. If you have a heart for hospitality, excellent organizational skills, and enjoy working with people, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Welcome clients with warmth, professionalism, and compassion. Answer phones and respond to emails in a timely manner. Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments. Verify insurance information and collect payments. Maintain accurate client records while protecting confidentiality. Assist therapists with administrative tasks. Keep the reception area clean, organized, and inviting. Coordinate office supplies and general office operations. Help create a peaceful, supportive atmosphere for every client who walks through our doors. What We're Looking For Friendly, professional, and compassionate demeanor. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable using computers, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism. Must be very reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented. Previous receptionist, medical office, counseling office, or administrative experience is preferred but not required. Our Ideal Candidate You genuinely enjoy helping people. You are proactive, dependable, and able to handle multiple responsibilities while maintaining a welcoming presence for clients who may be experiencing difficult circumstances. Office hours are:
Monday 9am-7pm Tuesday 10am-7pm Wednesday 9am-5pm Thursday 9am-7pm Weekly hours depend on when counselors are scheduled to see clients. A typical week will be 30-33 hours worked.
